Property Tax Payment

If your Palm Beach County property taxes are escrowed and paid by your mortgage company, our office expects to receive those payments by November 30, 2022, and will post them to your account as soon as possible.  Please allow our office 3-5 business days to process those payments before you contact our office to verify payment.  Should you have questions about those payments, please contact your mortgage lender directly for payment status.

We greatly appreciate your patience as our staff works diligently to post payments as quickly as possible.

West Palm Beach, Fla. – With just over 200 days until REAL ID enforcement begins at airports across the country, Constitutional Tax Collector Anne M. Gannon today urged Palm Beach County residents who still need a REAL ID to make an appointment now.

“Appointments for March, April and most of May are already booked,” said Gannon. “We are now scheduling appointments in June, which is only four short months ahead of the REAL ID deadline of Oct. 1, 2020.”

Gannon also reminds the public they cannot get their REAL ID driver license or state ID card online. Clients must visit a tax collector office with required documentation that provides proof of identity and residence. Staff must verify the documentation before the REAL ID is issued.

According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), nearly 92% of Palm Beach County residents have their REAL ID. Gannon’s office has been issuing REAL ID-compliant driver licenses and state ID cards since 2010. As of Feb. 7, 2020, just over 102,000 residents still need to get their REAL ID driver license or state ID card.

Starting Oct. 1, 2020, every U.S. resident must present a REAL ID-compliant driver license or state ID card to board a commercial flight or enter a federal building. Residents who do not have a REAL ID will have to present an alternate acceptable form of identification, such as a valid U.S. passport, to be allowed through security.

For more information including a list of alternative acceptable forms of identification, please visit REAL ID.
