Effective July 1, 2018, agents will no longer have a TDT account with this agency. To continue filing returns and remitting payments for your clients, you must have a Local Business Tax Receipt (BTR) and your clients must authorize you on their account.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Read the How To: Before You Begin - Agents
Step 2: Go to the online portal and create a login.
Step 3: The system will send you an email to verify your account. Check your inbox and click the verification link then accept the terms and conditions.
Step 4: After you create a login, inform your clients and let them know they can now authorize you in the system.
Step 6: You will receive a system-generated email asking you to Accept or Decline your client's request to grant you authorization. When you accept the request, the next time you login to the portal, your client's property will appear on your dashboard.
